Please read these terms carefully before using the ROXIQ app and website. By using ROXIQ, you agree to them.
By downloading, accessing or using the ROXIQ application or website (“the Platform”), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Participation is open to residents of India. You must be at least 18 years of age; minors may participate only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on their behalf.
You must provide accurate identification details, including a valid in-game UID for the relevant game. One player profile per person. Duplicate or fraudulent profiles may be suspended without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@roxiq.app of any unauthorised use.
Accounts found to be sold, shared for reward manipulation, or transferred may be terminated.
ROXIQ is a skill-based competition platform. The use of hacks, mods, macros, emulators where prohibited, teaming, collusion, match-fixing or any unfair advantage is strictly forbidden.
Suspected violations are reviewed by our anti-cheat team. Confirmed violations result in disqualification, forfeiture of rewards and a permanent ban. Decisions of the review team are final.
Championship structure, rounds, schedules, eligibility criteria and reward details are published in the app before each championship and may be updated from time to time.
Official ROXIQ certificates are issued for demonstrated achievement, are personal to the named player, and are non-transferable. Every certificate carries a unique ID and QR seal that anyone can verify publicly. Forged or altered certificates have no validity.
Championship rewards are pre-announced before each championship begins and are fixed for that championship. Rewards are prizes for demonstrated competitive skill — not bets, gifts or winnings.
Winners must complete KYC (identity and address verification) before reward release. Applicable taxes, including TDS, are deducted as per Indian law. Rewards are distributed within 30 days of result verification and anti-cheat review. A winner found violating fair play rules forfeits the reward, which passes to the next eligible participant.
Downloading and using the Platform is free. Certain platform services may carry a one-time access fee, which is used for server infrastructure and platform operations. Fees are never used to fund championship rewards, and fees are non-refundable once the service is accessed, except as required by law.
The ROXIQ name, logo, app, website, certificates, designs and content are the property of ROXIQ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Free Fire is a trademark of Garena. PUBG is a trademark of KRAFTON, Inc. ROXIQ is an independent eSports platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Garena, KRAFTON, Tencent or any game publisher.
You agree not to: abuse, harass or threaten other players or staff; upload unlawful, obscene or infringing content; attempt to hack, reverse engineer or disrupt the Platform; scrape or harvest data; or use the Platform for any commercial purpose without written permission.
We collect only the information necessary to operate the Platform, run fair championships, and comply with legal obligations. KYC documents are stored confidentially and are used solely for reward verification. Your data is never sold. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROXIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of data, or losses arising from network outages, device issues or third-party actions.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by law. You may stop using the Platform at any time; provisions that should survive termination (including intellectual property and liability clauses) continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of the Platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
